How much each call costs

  • Your phone company will charge you for the access number from when you are connected to the MOREdial service. If the number you are ringing is not answering or is engaged, disconnect your call.
  • There is a connection charge equal to the per minute charge. This is not charged if you are not connected.
  • Your MOREdial top-up account will be charged per minute for your international phone call.

Bill payers' permission must be obtained before dialing the 0901 number. Anti fraud measures are in place to prevent overuse / abuse of the premium numbers. Your account will become frozen if your unused credit exceeds £17.99. If this happens through over topping up, please send an email asking for your account to be reactivate.

Calling subject to availability. Rates and minutes shown are based on the 0845/0207- access number and will be charged at your service providers lo-call & standard national rates. Rates are effective from 1/6/2004 and may change without prior notice.

0800 freephone access is available; add 2p to the quoted rate. An 20p/min surcharge will be applied for freephone calls dialled from any payphone.

Your mobile phone service provider may charge for access to freephone numbers and charge different rates for access via 0845/0800 numbers. If calling from mobile phones remember to only press the call or send button after dialling the access number but not again after dialling the destination number.

The national call rate does not include non-geographic numbers (e.g. 0645, 0845, and 0870).

Savings are based on BT peak rates before promotions or discounts, as of 1/6/2004.
