When will call charges apply?
Call charges will apply from the moment you are connected to the prompt, not from when the international phone call is answered.

Can I call a mobile phone in another country?
Yes. Refer to the country list for availability and any restrictions that may apply.

Can I make calls from a mobile phone?
Yes. This service is designed to be used by mobile phones, although call prices are subject to the individual mobile phone provider's terms and conditions.
For further information, contact your mobile phone provider.

Can I make these cheap calls from a payphone?
Yes, but this is not recommended. Please note the charge for dialling mobile numbers from a payphone before you make your call as these can work out very expensive.

No, using this service abroad would incur roaming charges. This service is only recommended for use by UK registered mobile phones while in the UK.

My phone service is fixed line provided by BT or a company other than BT. Can I still use these cheap calls?
Yes, but this is not recommended. Refer to your phone provider for the cost of dialling the access number.

Why do I need to press the # button?
Dialling # after the international number lets the system know that you have finished dialling, and will increase the speed of connection. If you forget to press #, you will still be connected.

How much will my call cost?
Calls to 07744 974 801 are only free to some mobile phone contract users by utilising inclusive cross-network minutes. Please check whether or not your mobile phone provider includes this number within your inclusive bundle. Pay As You Go customers will be charged at their regular tariff. When all inclusive minutes have been used, calls will be charged at you regular tariff (subject to individual mobile phone provider).

What if you overcharge me?
You cannot be overcharged by this service provider. The rates allocated to the access numbers are set by Ofcom. If you have a problem with your bill, please contact your phone service provider.
If you experience further problems, please contact this service provider on their 24 hour customer helpline 0870 0414 004 (calls charged at national rate).

I've had a problem with my bill. What do I do?
Please contact your phone service provider.

I have been charged the full rate on my bill instead of the low cost rate?
There can only be one reason for this. If you have been charged the full international rate, and your international call shows on your bill, either you did not dial our rate access number before your destination number or you pressed the "transmit" button after your international number.
