Callers must ensure they have bill payer's permission before using the service. All calls are billed by your telephone line provider at their relevant 0870, 0844, and 0905 rates.

Calls are charged from the time of connection to the service, so replace the handset after a short period if your call is engaged or unanswered. When you call from a mobile phone, remember to only press the call or send button after dialling the access number but not again after dialling the destination number.
